Huet: What % of Tim Thomas

So with Thomas being in the All-Star game, does this mean Huet is 71.8% the goalie Thomas is?

Discuss.

It had to be done.

That was an absolute value. This is an aggregate.

Huet is 71.8% the All-Star Thomas is. There is a huge difference.

Huet is 103.9% the goalie Thomas if you figure in the head to head record and save percentage. However, Thomas' league leading 26 Moral Outs (MO) makes this a lot closer than it should be. To think he has had 26 games where the opponent couldn't get a moral point against him.

Who cares. Let him stay at home, rest up and be ready for the last drive. I don't know why people complain so much. Same thing with Kovalev. Last thing we need is for his knees to start acting up, the break does him good.

Recognition is nice but you play for Cups and I want a healthy team.

Is Tim Thomas under 50 ? I think Mtl beats him because they've seen him with his mask off.

Imagine this scenario. You have ice rented next Saturday at midnight and at the last minute your goalie backs out. You remember that your old neighbour, whose kids visit every Sunday, who drinks in his garage most Saturday's, used to play in nets. You talk him into it because he's a good guy and he has equipment. He turns out to be pretty good and you keep asking him back.

Thomas looks like that guy. He's pretty good but he looks more like part of the training staff.

I think Chris would have made it easy if not for some bad goals in Late December early January. as a few have said, he's better off resting for the rest of the season...it would be fun to take a run at Ottawa while Heatley is out.

I think Huet is better then Thomas.... easily I can say that....
Like a few other have said let him stay home and rest. He will be needed to carry the goaltending to the playoffs.. and barring a Greg Norman or New York Mets collapse we shoudl be able to make it... even give Ottawa a bit of a run for 1st in the division.
