Harrold got the best of Purcell on that shift. He said he would and he did, good job Harrold. Besides that, Purcell has been dominant. Two goals already in the first. The second goal sniped Tuuka Rask glove side top shelf.

Gabe Gauthier was only the 2nd player in history so far to pot a 4 for 4 in the shot accuracy contest during the skills competition!

Hey Albi, what do you think of Purcell? I think the kids going to be a star. He's so dangerous in the offensive zone. I think he's creative enough to wing Kopitar, and is a threat to score or set up. We haven't had players like these in quite a few years.

Thanks for the updates Albi. I couldn't get the stream to work.

And happy (I guess it's now belated) birthday!

This was number four according to the notes at the top of the scoring sheet.

Nice, Purcell with the shootout winner. Good game, I actually enjoyed it more than the NHL all star game

I had no idea he was missing a bunch of teeth, he's going to fit right in with Brown and O'Sullivan

Skate to the face incident, I think.
His New Years' Resolution (for Monarchs purposes) was to remember to wear his teeth more often.

Purcell may very well end up being the best move DL ever made for the Kings.

Props.

I watched the majority of the game, the kid is impressive. He really stood out tonight. I hope that your team gives him more of a chance at the NHL level. Hopefully he was just sent down for the All-Star game. IMO his emergence allows you guys to move a winger for other needs.
