David Freeman luncheon

Thursday, February 7th there will be a Bruin Club Luncheon at Belmont University featuring keynote speaker David Freeman.

If anyone is interested, I can get them a spot. $15 per person, $100 for a table of 8.

It was a good event, had over a hundred in attendance. George Plaster asked Mr. Freeman a few questions, then opened to audience questions. No new information really, but he did come bearing gifts. Lotsa free Preds tix.

I really like what I'm seeing from the new ownership group.

They are coming up with new ticket plans (Family Pack, Captain's Pack).

They have started to actually advertise (shocking, I know).

They appear to want to keep the team competitive.

They are bringing in new sponsors and have been quoted as saying making inroads with businesses (HCA buying LOTS of tickets for the end of this year).

I've really been impressed with this group thus far. Hopefully they keep it up.
