His assertion that Bettman would be happy if the Rangers won the cup seems a little bit contrary to all of the available information, but otherwise pretty spot on.

not bad. It really does make you wonder, how good for the NHL is the Rangers winning the cup? In ideal situation the rangers beating the other big market detroit could do wonders.

I agree. What he really wants is one of his expansion teams--Nashville, Columbus for example--to win it.
