Here's another good website I've recently found.

It covers the draft year by year. It includes all the picks transactions (and on which player they were used), so you get to see a bigger picture of what the trades really brought back to the teams.

Quick examples:

> Rangers — Traded 2005 first round pick (#16-Alex Bourret), 2005 second round pick (#41-Ondrej Pavelec) to Thrashers for 2005 first round pick (#12-Marc Staal) on 7/30/05

> Canadiens — Traded 2005 second round pick (#56-Marc-Andre Cliche), 2005 third round pick (#66-Brodie Dupont) to Rangers for 2005 second round pick (#45-Guillaume Latendresse) on 7/30/05

May I point out that the above site also allows you to search all transactions in hockey history (not just draft picks) by player name, team, date, and transaction type. Click the "Search All Transactions" link.
