...I think Sullivan pocketed the game winner that night too! Classic.

I pictured at as....if a buddy of mine were in the NHL, and I had seats at the glass....I'd be heckling the **** out of him. And if he scored and gave me a look, I'd probably have a laugh with him.

If it was not an actual friend of his, I'd say he shouldn't be letting random fans of the opponent distract him that easily. I saw the way he looked back at the guy on the penalty call....there's no need for players to bother with that kind of crap or give random heckling fans the benefit of their attention. To give someone a look after you score is one thing, but to turn your head away from the play in the midst of the game because of a heckler is silly.

I'm reading into this way too much....upon just having told other people not to read too much into it.
I think it is a good thing to get into it with the fans, especially opposition fans as it gets you much more motivated..if you get the chance to watch a basketball game with either Chris Bosh or Lebron James they do it the best. If someone pisses them off in the stands they will get 40 for sure and blame it all on you the heckler!

For those that don't know. Steve Sullivan got a puck in the face right beside the glass. Some fan was pointing and laughing as he bled. Steve wasn't hurt or laying down but he was bleeding and noticed the guy laughing. Later in the game, a puck (not from Sullivan) goes over the glass and hits that same lauging fan in the face.

Steve Sullvian skates up to the glass, points and laughs right back. Even the fans reaction was funny. He has a few ushers with him cleaning up the blood and checking his pulse and he notices Steve laughing. He points back as if to tell his friend, *** as if Steve's laughing right back at me. He was in disbelief.

Imagine the odds. Of all the fans that could have gotten dinged with a puck it hits this guy.

Carter kind of taunted the crowd when he scored in the Buffalo game and the Islander game too. After he scored he gave the crowd the stare down.
