McLeod playing? Please keep our top prospects away from him and always play McGinn and Holland if he's on the ice. If we're lucky, he might solve at least one of our problems

"Think of the Capitals and what they'd be with Forsberg".

Errrr...They have 100 points in March I think they are doing fine.

So far the Coyotes can't break through the Preds neutral zone defense and are constantly getting the puck poked off their sticks.

Good kill, naturally Z gets in the way of a 95MPH slapper

I was gonna say, would be hilarious if Z blocks 400 shots and was actually the missing piece this entire time.

Perlini manages to gain the zone (puck was nearly poked away from him too) with a back pass, gets the puck back and registers our first shot

The only thing that PP was missing was a shorty. Candidate for worst PP of the year, and there's been plenty.

So....there's been 3 proper shots between both teams and there's 6 minutes left in the period.....

How many missed shots for the Preds? They keep firing away but hardly ever hit the net

Lol. Massive hit by Schenn on Fisher. Wouldn't be surprised to see McLeod come at Schenn

Well that hit by Schenn was awesome anyway.

Crouse looks pretty good and McGinn had that one good chance right at the end of the period.

Everyone else is just sorta there. That includes the Preds

I have decided to put on the rest of this game from bed (I'm lame and in bed at 5:51 p.m.).

What are the betting odds that I fall asleep before it ends? I'll give $1.85 that I do and $2.10 that I don't.

It was not too long ago when the Coyotes lit up the Preds like the 4th of July parade. Makes you wonder how 2 teams that play like this managed to have such a game back then.

Did you get up early to feed the Chychruns?

I got up at 4 a.m. because I had class at 6 a.m. and it takes me an hour and a half to shower, dry my hair, and put makeup on

The Chychruns had plenty of food in their feeder, though they did need some water. Maybe they will... arise? (they're already under their heat lamp for the night actually)

Unlucky by Dvorak.

So... has anyone laid out Mike Ribeiro yet?

Stupid by Schenn. He fell for it. Lucky he didn't get the instigator for dropping his gloves. Also happy he seems okay.

Is Duclair going to turn into Boedker 2.0?

Looked to me like Holland whiffed catching that pass, not sure why Nash is harping on it.

You've gotta admit that the lame "hey goalie you suck" chant sounds a lot better when there's a few thousand people doing it instead of 50 random people spread throughout the sections.

It's good to see Michalek back.

A few years ago I was considering buying his jersey, since I model my game after him when I play.

Well, you're like 16 hours ahead of where this game is happening, you already know how it ends.

(are the New Zealand time zone jokes getting old yet?)
