Yeah, I heard that. To me it sounded pretty clearly like he said "Who's he?" like "Who cares what another player thinks?"
I don't know why WB would care what Curry thinks. It's not a shot at Curry. Replace Curry with Brogdon or Baker or pretty much any other player and he'll probably have the same response. I'm not sure he would even take a shot at Curry anyways - they seemed pretty close at All Star Weekend.
That very well may have been the implication. But given their history I think there's a little extra something too that. And especially since Steph is the two-time reigning MVP and that's the award that the "dispute" was about.
Pelicans are winning. Almost like it would take time for AD and Cuz to mesh lol
I think the bigger issue was their teammates finding ways to compliment them. AD and Boogie pretty much came in and did their thing immediately. It was the role player guys who weren't contributing much. (although last night's win was pretty much all Boogie)
Out of all people, I would not expect Booker to do it. Not a bad overall stat line either. 70 points, 8 rebs 6 assists 3 steals 1 block 21/40 fg shooting and 4/11 3 pt and 24/26 free throw. Got to go down as one of the best ever individual games in a loss
Of course commentators are trying to say Booker was padding his stats even though the butt-ugly Suns were down by 20+ at halftime when he only had like 18 points, there's no way he realized it was time to take over and actually brought his crap team near a single digit ball game with that outburst, how selfish
Now Westbrook, there's a team player who doesn't pad his stats. . .
