Wish he had put Lady Liberty somewhere in there.

Here's a closeup of McElhinney's Leafs mask, didn't ever notice the ghosted stuff.

Outside of 13 year old girls, I've never seen anyone so overuse hashtags.

It's not, but it's been used for a very long time in their third jerseys and other merchandising, so its basically an unofficial color of theirs.

I seriously don't see what pros see in this guy. There are so many talented painters out there. It's like having Nickelback as your favourite band.

IMO that pad style is just so, so ugly.

At least it kind of mirrors what's on his mask, I can appreciate that detail.

It's ugly but the contrast does make the five hole seem larger than it is on a glance. Wonder if it's actually effective on faking out shooters

Nearly identical to his Canes set, with logo/colors changed:

Interesting that Brian's removed their logo, though. I wonder if that was by Team Sweden policy, or by Eddie's request.

Could be the tournament sponsorship rules. At the WCoH that all of the Vaughn logos were covered up on equipment recently.

Absolutely first thing I saw too.

I'd definitely be inclined to shoot there...NHLers....maybe.

Mrazek's World's mask:

"Petr Mrazek's new Team Czech mask is a tribute to the two cities of the World Champs 2017 - Paris and Cologne. It was Petr and my friend Brad Thompson who came up with the awesome idea. The design is created in an old school vintage style, painted with airbrush, sketch pens and brushes. I love to create these Storyteller masks, and the closer you come, the deeper into the story you get. And for sure, all the DaveArt Trademark Super FX✨ is here... @pmraza34 #teamczech #DaveArt #maskpaintedbyatrufarmer #DaveArtTheCradleOfCreativity "
