In the last 3 drafts, the Oilers have selected several players who were draft eligible in previous seasons:
LW Jean Francois Dufort, 2000CSB #133NA, drafted 205th overall in 2002.
LW Thomas Micka, 2001CSB #117Eu, drafted 245th overall in 2002.
D Mathieu Roy, 2001CSB #124NA, drafted 215th overall in 2003.
They also picked Brodziak as a 19yr old, and have drafted Markkanen, Haakana, Pisa and Luoma as Euro overagers, plus Stoll who was a re-entry.
So, excluding Brodziak (he isn't listed in the 2002 CSB that I have from HN Draft Preview) and, that's 8/38 or 21%. I have no idea if this trend is likely to continue, the farm system is brimming compared to its state when Lowe entered the GM's office.
