McDumbass talks really fast. Like he's in a rush to cause more stupid things to happen.

The play where Gorges got called for hooking in the 3rd should have been a penalty to Heatley too for closing his hand on the puck.I think RDS showed a replay of that play.....McGeough and Fraser always want to be the stars of the show when they ref the Habs.Pollock and Lee are just plain bad.......

the refs were not bad tonight, quit your *****ing.

they simply refed the score in the 3rd and not the game...EVERY ref in EVERY league does that.

McGeough is just plain incompetent and overwhelmed by the speed of the game and Fraser always reffed Habs games like he hated them and wanted them to lose.

Worst scenario? Habs vs Leafs game and Fraser reffing. Bet your last dollar on a loss for the Habs with Fraser voted as the 1st star of the game by TSN.

The saddest part of this post is that it's sooo true. I hate when hab fans whine about refs but Fraser doesn't even try to hide his bias.

Pollock is waaay worse than McGeough though, on par with Lee and Spada.

Give me a break, those were easy calls. They missed two high sticks by you guys as well (one for a 10 second 5-3 if they called it, and one before one of your goals).

Lee is the worst, followed by Pollock.

Just like they missed Heatley closing his hand on the puck?

Another thread about referees? Man, moderators should sticky this because it's going to be back again and again... No seriously, every team gets screwed by referees every day. As frustrating as it is, you just have to deal with it... especially during the playoffs where every decision can change the game and most of the time, referees let the game flow unless it's a flagrant call.

We're not blaming anyone. We're just sick of the garage league referees in the NHL. It's the best league in the world but they still haven't found a way for their refs to be consistent.

It has been this bad since they put 2 of them on the ice at the same time. How can 2 people interpret different things the same way?

My favorite is when the ref that is 10 feet away from the play in question doesn't make a call, but the one that is 100 feet away does.
