Clarkson has won today, so they await the winner of the Michigan-Niagara game which is about to get underway. So we could see a Paquet vs Pacioretty matchup tomorrow night to win the east bracket. I listened to some of the game, Paquet had a penalty for crosschecking early in the game, sounded like his team played some good defensive hockey.

Going to the site that gives links to free games, it says that to get the Michigan game you need to download the player that I can't mention the name and VLC? Is that safe enough? Any links you can give me in order for that to work?

I don't have any links for that

I like him a lot, he's big, strong, skates well, plays a good physical game, is solid in his own end. I saw him several times in his first two years but have yet to see him this year.
Pacioretty with a goal tonight, saw it and it was a nice goal from the slot. His line has all 4 goals for Michigan tonight but I only got to see the one goal so I don't know if he had any assists as Porter got the hattrick. So it's not official but it looks like it will be Paquet's team vs Pacioretty's team, too bad for Paquet cause imo Michigan is going all the way, so they will need to have a really strong game to be the top rated team in the NCAA.
"ALBANY, N.Y. -- Playing on a line with senior forwards Kevin Porter and Chad Kolarik has been a huge benefit to Michigan freshman Max Pacioretty.
Pacioretty, 19, said he probably wouldn't have won rookie of the year honors in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association if he hadn't played on the top line. But U-M coach Red Berenson said Pacioretty plays a big part in the offensive success that Porter and Kolarik have had this season....

WHITESNAKE:vlc is the best player out there. It reads stuff others can't. The interface is ugly as hell but it is incredibly good. I use it for everything except read mp3s.

Thanks. Just that to be able to have the game via internet, seems that you need both VLC and the other player I can't name in here for whatever reason....

Thats cause nearly everything shown on that other player is illegal.....

Its become a banned word at HF.
Let's ban the name of every convicted criminal in the country! Nearly everything they do is illegal! What a joke...I don't even know what the player is called. Looks like HF did it's job! Keeping the peace on the internets everywhere.

Thats a very weak argument....
HF can't get sued hosting the name of a convicted criminal on their website...
There could potentially be legal problems if they have a how to manual for getting illegal streams of hockey games on their site... thats a big, big difference.
This sites servers are in north america.... not in some country with more lax copyright laws.

the banned name player is not illegal in itself, but it is used to download the illegal stream of the game. the legal player (VLC) decodes that stream and turns it into a picture.

I understand the policy against all of it etc etc, it makes sense. But to ******************** a damn media player name? That's silly. Especially when it's completely legal to download and share it.

Let's try to sign him over the summer. You think he would take league minimum?
So Fischer and Paquet join Stejskal as their season is now done. Michigan moves on to the Final Four which will be on tv, espn2 will carry the game, they will face Notre Dame. Surprised to see ND get this far as they have had their struggles this year.
McDonagh and Wisconsin will be in tough against a very good North Dakota team. Great to see them pull out the upset over DU last night and it's fitting as they had a goal called off in the final second of the game which should have been a good goal, against DU during the season, as that bad call almost cost them the chance to make this tournament as Wisconsin barely made the tournament. I'd be shocked if they can beat North Dakota but if they do then they move on to the Final Four to play the winner of the BC-Miami game.
