He did fall awkwardly in the 1st, but came back.....

I was sweating bullets between the 1st and 2nd periods. My wife was wondering why I became agitated all of a sudden.

He was in the boards with Alfredsson, fell kinda awkward, almost did the splits. Went back to the bench, never left early. Second and third period he was fine. End of the third, Chris Neil got a 10 minute misconduct and was told to leave to the dressing room, and to "even it up" for some reason, the referees asked Hamrlik to do the same.

He's fine though. No habs got "injured" just some got a bit beat up and kept playing.

Neil was upset when he got crosschecked in front of Price. Neil is still blaming Hamrlik, while Hammer tries to tell him Price the 6'3" 225lb goalie decked your ass

He played the rest of the game. Two full periods. Koivu finished the game, but Hammer looked fine. For those saying he left the 3rd due to injury, a referee told him to leave. He walked out fine. No limp.

He's good. No pessimism boys.

No Hamrlik penalty on the official scoresheet though.

I think he stepped off as precaution since the game was pretty much in the bag with 4 min to go.

He has a pull of some sort, groin or hamstring I'm thinking...at least he played through it. After the 3-0 score he knew and the coaching staff knew it was time to rest him.

What was really nice about this game was seeing youngsters Gorges and O'Bryne really step up and take a big role on this team with 2 regulars out and a 3rd leaving in the 3rd as well.

We have a lot of character and I love it!

He probably needed a bathroom break. That's possible, no?

Hamrlik's too tough to be injured

But if he is, I'll cry.

Guys this is the 2nd thread i've had to deal with on this issue in 2 days.....

IF You Disagree with the actions of a Mod take it up with them via PM....

IF you still disagree appeal to the Admins via PM.

There will be no discussion of infractions/warnings/bans you receive on the boards....

Consider this your warning.

I just checked the boxscore on ESPN. There was no misconduct to Hamrlik.

I'm guessing once the win was in the bag, Carbo told him to go have his injury looked at so that he can start treatment/therapy right away if necessary. I thought he looked to be labouring a bit in the 2nd and 3rd periods. I'm guessing it's nothing too serious or he wouldn't have came back and played. As long as it's no worse than a minor injury, he has a week to rest it before playoffs.

Call up the Bulldogs to finish our regular season out so we don't get any more injuries. Second seed in the East is good enough for me.

Healthy gusy should play... don't want too long a layoff as it'll be over a week till game 1 of the playoffs... keep the momentum going... don't get rusty.
