Yankees would do better if the played against 12 year old teams too.

I love seeing dominance. That is why I love guys like A-Rod. Plus, his antics against the Jays last year didn't hurt, I freaking hate the Blue Jays.

What's the point when they slapped around the money flinging Blue Jays?
It's not like they're the only team that drops cash, they just get consistent results.

A-Rod put it to them early tonight, earning his cash.

That was a good game tonight, enjoyed that a lot. Melky Cabrera played really well too.

For sure. I had a good laugh at Vernon Wells trying to earn his money with that pathetic dive on the Damon triple.

You want overpaid look no further than the center field of the Skydome.

I pretty much missed the 7th, 8th, and 9th innings due to the hockey game. Sounds like I should have kept watching!

The worst part about summer is baseball. To me, its like watching paint dry. Especially with so many games... I think this summer I will be into the CFL again providing the EE aren't so stinky. I'm not a bandwagon fan, I am just more of an NFL fan and it might take the Esks going on a little roll to get me out to the games, and I might be able to garner some interest that way. They are cheap and fun to go to I guess, I will probably check out a few even if they arent that great.

This season should be really great. Lots of new, young talent around. Some interesting moves made in the offseason, and my Yankees finally get to rid themselves of guys like Mussina and Giambi! (here's hoping)

You must realize the inherent problem in this thought process. I used to be a ball fan but since I cheer for the Jays and they have no realistic shot at the playoffs in that division, its hard for a casual fan to care. I'm sure Yanks and Sox fans love the sport, but without any hope, the casual fans will move on to something else. They either need to expand the playoff pool or put all the top spenders in one division. Tell me, if I lived in Tampa Bay, why would I consider buying season tickets?

So you could watch divisional games against the Yankees.

Love Melky and boy do I hate the Jays. They have this way of picking up guys you just know will end up bad all the time...it's disturbing!

Any team that can't figure out their manager is a total goof doesn't deserve to win.

I don't think you should. I don't think Tampa should have a team.
