Dave Stubbs reports from the Bell Centre that Michael Ryder and Roman Harmlik skipped today's practice for what the team is calling a therapy day.

Mikhail Grabovski and Alex Kovalev also missed practice with the flu.

I'm starting to get the sense than any illness a player has is called "the flu" by the team. It's probably just a cold or some kind of 24-hour bug.

Bingo, with the NHL making it mandatory to reveal injuries the Habs probably didn't want teams to know some of our players lingering injuries so they just said they had the ''flu''.

Hamrlik fell in his own end by the boards and when he was trying to get up A. Kostitsyn's skate hooked Hammers skate and it caused him to slip and fall, stretching his groin. He was in a little pain on the bench but came back to play the rest of the game until late in the 3rd when him and Neil both got 10 minute misconducts and were told to go to the dressing room.
