The pain felt by opponents will be on par with putting Pete Townshend's amp inside one's head.

And that's before they even think about Komisarek and co.

I think Kovalev sticks around for 2-3 more years. He is in shape to do it and seems to want to play forever. Koivu on the other hand will probably be gone after 1-2 yrs.

sorry but we are lacking some high end talent there on the top 6 forwards. Someone who can score 30 goals and play instead of dagostini.

UFAs. Plus Kovalev will be around I believe. Lats will develop further and so will the two Kosts, Higgins and D'Agostini.

HF just released the 10-25 portion of their Top 50 list and as expected Mac Pac is not there...very dissapointing as mentionned by my post in that thread..He didn't even get an Honorable Mention..that boggles my mind

That is a huge omission from the HF Top 50 List

He was the Rookie of the Year and had over a PPG average in arguably the toughest division in University Hockey (CCHA)

What more do you want the kid to do?

next year, smoke, brisebois, ryder and probably dandenault are all gone. who replaces them? chipchura, valentenko (or carle) and d'agostini.

the one hole is at center. i wouldn't be surprised to see the habs draft like 6 center-men this summer. the only other option is a trade for lecavalier or sign him as a UFA. if habs can't find their 'getzlaf' in the draft, then players like latendresse and maxpac are even more important because of their size and scoring ability.

example: i don't think pleks would be as effective if he didn't have two big wingers who were over 6 feet, 200 lbs.

grabs is in the wings but again, will need some big wingers to be effective

Thinking about it, can MacPac be in the top-ten? I don't think, but I'm not sure of who's graduated. MaxPac ahead of Bobby Ryan? I'm sure not. Forget it. It's a steal.

Hamilton really struggled this year, but they could be really good next year. I think 2-3 guys from ECHL most be there. Desharnais, Beauregard, Aubin and O. Latendresse will all get a chance to make the team. With all young guys comming from NCAA , europe and CHL, it must be funny to watch.

MaxPac-Maxwell-Wyman
Lahti-Trotter-Locke
Stewart-White-Engelhardt
Manlow-Desharnais-Beauregard

Coté-Carle
Valentenko-Weber
Degon-Archer

He's rated under mcdonagh and kostitsyn, so no, he will not be in the top 10

He's jumped McDonagh.... well thats really good, because i don't think McDonaugh has regressed at all, in fact i think he's progressing nicely.... Max Pac jumping him must mean his progression is even greater than I thought.

You forgot Weber in Hamilton. Beside that it's not bad. Also, is it the last season in NCAA for Paquet? Could he sign this year?

O'Byrne instead of Streit and Streit instead of D'Agostini. Though we might resign Ryder or another UFA.
