So I have long despised Chris Pronger and his antics late this year have led me to take the same position as the Blues and Oilers before me: wanting to trade him.
I've got a guy who really wants him but I think his offers are a little weak. We keep every player on the roster from year to year, in total we own about 40 guys between the main roster and farm system.
He is offering me Kronwall as the main piece back. I understand he is younger but he is always injured and it's a huge PIM and PPP dropoff from Pronger to Kronwall.
Other guys he has that interest me are Shattenkirk (who is reluctant to move), Brule and then a bunch of other junk like Ouellet that he seems willing to move.
What do you think is fair value for Pronger? He will be 34 next year but even with some time off this year he posted awesome numbers.
