I hope Philly eliminates Washington so we don't have to play the devils or rangers....

Go Caps! 3 goals in the 3rd to win 5-4 in regulation time = me happy.

LOL. Even though this is premature, Gainey is looking more and more like a genius. Huet is illustrating exactly why he was right in having infinitely more confidence in Price.

Man, I knew the Flyers could play with the Caps. No one in the media is picking Flyers to win this series.

Oh trust me I know. In hindsight, (well so far anyways) it seems like he was a genius for trading away Huet, but it sure as well was controversial when it happened.

I'm happily eating some crow pie right now.

Mike Green with the goal after a nice setup play with Semin and Fedorov!

So much to say tonight...

Sens @ Pens:

Honestly, the Pens are the favourite in the East. That's the bad news. The good news is that the way I see it, two teams have their chance against them. I'm talking about the Habs and the Rangers. Sure the Sens "came back" in this game but it's a total domination by the Pens. They are really impressive and they will be scary in the years to come.

The Sens will need some major changes. If I'm Bryan Murray, I put every players in the market this summer except Spezza, Alfie, Volchenkov and Philips. The first move to do is obviously to get rid of Ray Emery. Then, the second "move" is to let Redden go. They need to change the core of this team. Then, I would like to see a blockbuster that would send Heatley, Vermette and Meszaros to Florida for Horton, Jokinen and a pick (or something like that). Then, the Sens could have two dominating offensive lines. Spezza with Horton and Alfie with Jokinen. There would be some obvious holes to fill on D but the Sens could go on the UFA market. One thing is for sure, they have the assets to shake the team.

Flyers @ Capitals

This is like a B series. It will be a close one but the winner will not stand a chance in the 2nd round. I'm not sold on Huet and once again, he showed me why tonight. He didn't have a bad game but what I hate it's the fact that he has difficulty to do the key saves that will give confidence to his team. He was awesome for them in the last gamesf the season and he played a major role in their playoff spot but the guy isn't make for the pressure.

As much as I like Ovy, I hope that the Flyers will win this one. I really don't want to face the Rangers (or the Devils) in the 2nd round. It would be nice to beat the Flyers and show once again to Brière that he made the wrong decision. Anyway, every single fans in Montreal is happy right now to see his heavy contract elsewhere.

GO FLYERS GO!

Ottawa actually playing now.

Interestingly, Spezza and Heatley were on separate lines to start the period.

WOW! Thoresen gets injured blocking a shot from Green and then Green unloads a slap shot from the point and scores the equalizer!

That would have been funny if Ovechkin blew his knee overreacting.

It's official; Flyers suck on D and the Caps do too. A series with the Flyers and we're winning each game 6-4!!! It's a bit out of respect and a bit out of preference that we want to play the Flyers. We think we could take them easier but they're also way more entertaining to watch or play against than the Rangers or Devils.

Tie game in Pittsburgh!

3-0 is the most useless lead in hockey... I've lost count of the ones that have been lost this year.

Caps-Philly is a WAR. Hard not to cheer for caps even though Philly winning the series is beneficial for us. My bet is Ovechkin scores game winner.

How the **** is it tied in Pittsburgh? I haven't been watching this game much but every time I switch back Pens are dominating.
