He's only played one game in the NHL and that was against a pitiful Leafs team. We can't expect a similar performance against a far superior, angry, physical Bruins team in their own barn. So for now you've gotta stick with those with sufficient NHL experience.

It's just that the Carolina aren't the same team and the habs aren't the same team. When we played Carolina we were the underdog and it's was a miracle that we won the 2 first game (Gerber sucked)

Don't dare to compare our current habs of these ancient habs.

That's a little cocky, the broom? I don't like it.

Although it is hilarious, gotta love play-off time.

Predicting a 5-2 win..the Habs PP will finally wake up. Plekanec and Higgins each with 2 goals, and Begin will pot a goal.

No more losing series that we lead 2-0.

Powerplay is always better on the road for some reason and will wake up tonight and kick some ass.

It's nice to hear about hockey. I just come back from the oppositions board and all I read is on Classless Frenchies and Etiquette-less Frenchies. FRENCHIES. You know, chicken French. All the stereotypes. French people are cheap. French people are rude. French people are dumb. French people are whiners. Etc etc etc...

And, well, a rarity, it got to me. It HAS to be bad if it made me mad.

You know, it would be so easy to rip on the American people, it's below me.

I'll just say this.

The day people are sick of dying, they stop the wars.
The day people are sick of the wars, they stop dying.

What's so hard to understand?

And also, it's one thing to start a war based on nothing, and another to go clean up the mess afterwards, which is what our good boys of Van-Doo and other units sent by the DECENT Canadian government are doing.

Since some stuff has happened on the global scene, I have been a proud Quebecer, always, but for once in my stinkin' life, a proud Canadian by proxy. Go Nation. Go Canada...Go...Go Habs Go.

Thank you.

High above the mucky-muck, castle made of clouds,
There sits Wonderboy, sitting oh so proudly.
Not much to say when you're high above the mucky-muck.
Yeah, yeah.
Wonderboy, what is the secret of your power?
Wonderboy, won't you take me far away from the mucky-muck now?

[spoken]
Now it's time for me to tell you about Young Nastyman,
archrival and nemesis of Wonderboy, with powers comparable to Wonderboy.
What powers you ask? I dunno, how 'bout the power of flight?
That do anything for ya? That's levitation holmes.
How 'bout the power to kill a yak, from 200 yards away...
with mind bullets! That's telekinesis, Kyle.
How 'bout the power... to move you?

[sung]
History of Wonderboy and Young Nastyman,
Riggah-goo-goo, riggah-goo-goog.
A secret to be told, a gold chest to be bold,
And blasting forth with three-part harmony, go!
Wonderboy, what is the secret of your power?
Wonderboy, won't you take me far away from that mucky-muck man?

[spoken]
When Wonderboy and Young Nastyman joined forces;
they formed a band the likes of which have never been seen,
and they called themselves Tenacious D. That's right,
[sung]
Me! And KG!
[KG (spoken):] That's me.
[sung]
We're now Tenacious D!
Come fly with me, fly!

Wonderboy, what is the secret of your power?
Wonderboy, won't you take me far away from the mucky-muck now,
Oh!
[spoken]
Take my hand!
Young Nastyman, we're gonna fly!
Bring out your broadsword.
There's the hydra.
Slice his nuts!
And grab his scrote.
You take the high road,
I'll take the low.
There, the crevasse,
Fill it with your mighty juice.

It'll most likely look like this tonight at the Garden (for those who missed my Boston trip post):

But seriously about tonight's game.

Kovalev should be on fire, Markov should be better because he rarely has two bad ones in a row, Hamrlik should keep the pace.

I need some PP success here.

I say bring back Bergeron. I'll trade his rusty skills for the intensity of a Sobotka anyday.

My guess? 3-2 Habs.

And of course.

Habs In 4.

I like how they just shut up a lot of the time.

Report From CKAC

Habs fans are already around the Garden and outnumbering Bruins fans.

Carey has been great, but it would be awesome for him to steal a game tonight. Bs will come out strong, knowing this game pretty much decides they playoff lives. Although the habs legion will be out in full force, the crowd will still be mostly behind Boston and will give them a lift. Carey needs to have an impressive game and Montreal needs a quick one to quiet the crowd...or I mean quiet the bruins fans and electrify the habs fans in attendance!

Bad News always comes with good news..

bad news: my team was robbed by a ref in the quarter finals, gave a phantom call in the 3rd period which led to the gwg for the other team, lost 5-3(open net with 10 seconds left).

the good news, I just got home from a long and depressing bus ride and Im ready to watch the Habs for the first time in the playoffs.

GO GO!!!
