Need a little bit of advice

I'm 19 about 5'9"-10", and I've have been working on my upper boddy and abs for quite some time now, and I used to be close to 300lbs. so ever since I started that goal.

Upper is fine, the lower part of my abs isn't toning up aswell as everything else is, lowest I've been in the last few months is between 175-185, do I just need to shed some fat or do a different type of sit up ( which is using a work out ball. balancing on your tailbone in a very spread out v position. ), any advice is very appriciated, thanks!

I believe leg lifts will work the lower abs and Bicycles. It may not necessarily be losing fat, it may be that you have excess skin from losing the weight and Gravity just takes over bringing it to the lower part of your stomach. Not sure how you can lose that, it may just take time for it to tighten up... Great job and congrats on getting down though.

If you have any country roads close by, the quiet hilly ones. They're pretty good for cycling, put you're bike on its highest gear and go out for the day, if you have the time. You'l definately feel it the next day.
