Any of you know what a pergola is ? I'm not sure but I know we have one. It's a structure that my wife had 2 - 16 year old girls build onto our back deck last July.
So, in the beautiful sunshine we're having toady, I thought, cleaning the last bits of ice,snow and yes dog crap off the deck would be a good idea. As the snow piled up, the dogs freedon lessened and their outdoor toilet became the deck, despite my warnings.
So, I clean what I can, then figure I can fling off large chunks of ice and whatever is imbedded in the ice all melts in one spot. Well, I'm still a powerful man and I fling harder than I thought. Who knew what would disengage from the ice ?
Now, the top cross beams of the pergola are all stained with dogcrap. I'm wondering how long before I hear about it. I'm such a moron.

Yes but a director has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of the Corporation which outweighs his/her rights as a shareholder. In this instance it could be argued that by threatening to merge my alleged superfluous posts you are acting as an agent for and on behalf of Poutine and not in the best interest of the board (which is clearly to have this AymanD inspired thread die a quick death).
