Good point. Didn't even realize. So you guys want the Devils or the Caps/Canes?

I'll take Devils thanks.

Really outstanding classy moment at the end of an utter blowout by the Flames at Vancouver, 7-1.

Very likely Trevor Linden's last game, playing for the same team most of his career, and Iginla led the Flames players over to him after the game was over to shake hands and share a few words.

Very moving, very unique and proof to me that the finest, most upstanding athletes in the world play this game.

I really hope Pitt beats Philly tomorrow. That sets up the following first round matchups:

Pittsburgh-Philadelphia
Montreal-Boston
Washington-Ottawa
Devils-Rangers

That's three out of four series which provide intense, natural rivalries. You can't ask for much more than that.

That's awesome. Iginla is a total class act.

As is Linden...one of the final links to the 1994 finals. I will miss him.

Great job by the Capitals..amazing comeback and they deserve the playoffs. Jack Adams for Boudreau, Hart for AO..book it.

And in the other corner, we have Bryan McCabe, who slashed and speared his opponent several times in the final seconds of the season.

Philly wn 4-3.

Now have a 3-1 series lead. Looks like we'll be taking on a rested Pens squad...not looking forward to that.
