glad to hear.

although i'm still hoping he'll have to retire... the leafs could use the money and roster spot for a younger guy.

No way man, he was our best forward every game in the playoffs. Hope somebody like Renberg, Reichel, or Fitzgerald retires, then fill those spots with youth. We need the youth badly.

I think Domi retiring is a bad idea for the success of our club...He has heart and passion(as he showed in playoffs due to playing with a broke hand!)..In both playoff series he gave 110% every single night

without question those guys are will not be re-signed by the leafs... but that's just 2 roster spots and a healthy scratch (and nolan and stajan will take reichel and fitzy's spots, leaving no room).

tie domi's playoff performance wasn't, and will never be enough to take the leafs to the finals and beyond.

having a belak, perrot, wilm, or a prospect play night in night out, would benefit the leafs more than having domi in the line-up. he's not scaring anyone anymore, he's just had hip surgery, he's getting older... it's time to move on.

Domi's play was direly needed. He brought both energy and production, changing the tide in a coupel of games. Not everyone can be a first line sniper, you need your fourth line guys and I don't think you can wish for anything better from a 4th line 9min/game guy. We was an inspiration, playing through injuries, and no team wins the cup without that kind of heart and dedication. If more guys had played like Domi, we would still be playing right now.

Can anyone explain to me how Domi led the team in playoff shots with a broken hand and a bum hip?

Wow.

Yeah He played his best hockey this past post season. I hope he carries it to next year. I also hope he plays till he's old, grey & still scrapping the odd guy just for the kick of it.
There will always be a spot for Domi.
