Too bad. It could have messed up their chemistry.

Meh. He would have made no difference in the long run.

It's game seven? Really? Thanks for the reminder. I actually thought it was game 2. I would have really looked silly posting things like "Don't worry guys, the Habs will pick it up for game 3" on this forum after tonight's game if the Habs were to lose. Fellow posters would totally be saying things like "That Lyle_Odelein is really stupid, how did he not know it was game 7!" and "Wow, do you believe Lyle_Odelein thought that this was game 2!" I really owe you one for saving me that embarassment. Thank you.

Just kidding. I meant to say Bergeron wouldn't make a difference in game seven. I like him. He's a good player. I took him in my regular season pool this year. But, with the effect that his injury has had on his body he would be useless to throw into a game at this point. That's all I was saying.

i'd prefer no Kessel tonight....

I thought I heard somewhere that he hurt his arm during the third period...hopefully its not fully healed and hampers his play tonight

That's why we are putting Streit and Dandenault in the line up!

Kessel jammed up his wrist in an awkward collision with Markov on the last shift on Thursday. Apparently he is fine and will play tonight.

Bergeron might play according to Peter Chiarelli

Koivu's return helped his line offensively. Unfortunately, it didn't inspire some of his teammates. Let's hope Koivu and Higgins continue to click and the others catch fire.
Maybe news about Bergeron not returning will depress the Bruins. It certainlt won't help their morale.

He twisted his wrist at the end of the game.

I was hoping he wasn't going to play either.

What an awesome benching by Julien. Turned him right around.
