Correct, King Arthur comes upon two peasants and inquires about the owner of a nearby castle. The rest of the skit deals with how the peasants (who are filth farmers) govern themselves and what constitutes legitimate political power. The eventually frustrated Arthur man handles the peasant who cries out using the sentence I posted earlier.
The film is a must see.
