I still think there is enough PP ability in both teams to make each other very nervous. I, for one, would be way more comfortable with Boston going on the PP against Montreal than I would be with Philly.

I'm not saying that I'm comfortable going against a PP, but simply that I don't believe any of the teams are nervous about that. They should be more nervous about their 5-on-5 play as most of hockey is played at even-strength.

What do you think of the Habs chances of winning? A few people think they just might upset the Philadelphia Flyers.

If the Habs can score more goals than Philly tonight, I'd say they will win. Just a hunch though.

OT grievance: We're in round two and nobody on any of the teams looks like they're on the way to even half a Commodore by the time the Cup is hoisted.

The Globe these days is all about verbal ********: one for Price and one for the Kostys. Check it out.

Just a pens fan saying good luck.

I'm hoping for a Mon/Pitt ECF match up, two really skilled teams who play clean entertaining hockey, no whining coaches or dirty plays.

cheers.

I can provide you with a board full of Bruins fans and a board full of Flyers fans and three quarters of a board of Sens fans who will disrespectfully disagree with you.
But thanks for the luck!

Relax it was the first game of the series. Both Montreal and Philadelphia were coming out of a game 7. First game was expected to be full of ups and downs.

She's referring to the beard. I don't think the ups and downs made facial hair fall out.

When I first heard Carbonneau was keeping the same line-up as the opening game against the Flyers I was kind of surprised. I had expected him to adjust the Streit/Lapierre/Dandenault line. Now, I don't think Carbonneau will change this line-up at all unless the Habs lose 2 or maybe 3 games in a row.

No changes from game 1, so Breeze and Dandy are both still in somehow. It takes a loss to get Carbo to make any changes.
