Really crap goals for the Flyers, if we keep playing the way we did tonight we will smoke them
They were not really garbage goals, just Price was not there at all...first one he has to find the puck, 2nd he was too deep, 3rd was legit, 4th he misplayed it.
OK, if you think you'll win by keep playing like you did tonight, then why didn't you win tonight? Garbage goals? With the exception of the last one, they were all beautiful goals....two top shelf and one Danny Briere's backhand. This series could just as easily be 2-0 Flyers if it weren't for the penalty call and high-stick goal in Game 1.
Playoffs....there are no garbage goals. It sounds like a cliche but it's true. Flyers are doing great this series....I'd be worried if I was Montreal.
Are doing great...are you kidding me or what? I am sure you didn't watch the game because Montreal outplayed Philly from the first second to the last. Sorry try again
You call two rockets over the shoulder of Price, a great move from Briere and great presence in front of the net by Umberger garbage? Ok......
I would not call Philly's goals "garbage" or "crap" -- but those shots were stoppable -- Biron would not have given up any of the goals Price let in tonight.

1st and 4th goals were stoppable. Price had a marginal screen at best on the first goal and should have picked that one up. 4th goal he has to go after that puck with more determination.
2nd goal was a perfectly place rocket...hard to fault Price there. 3rd goal was a great move by Briere which he ALMOST got. Hard to fault him on that one.
There's a guy that goes by the name of Latendresse who is good at scoring garbage goals that is not playing. There's also a previous 30 goal scorer called Michael Ryder with a pretty good wristshot that is sitting.
And there is also a guy named Dandenault who didn't help the team win the conference title that didn't miss one playoff game. He doesn't play at his natural position because he sucks yet he plays at a position that is sucks even more at.
Dandenault doesn't help the team at all, he is more of a nuisance than anything. He took a bad penalty tonight, he didn't do anything else.
His "experience" is not needed, play Ryder next game.
If you have watched both games in their entirety you should have no reason understanding why it's 1-1 and destined for 7. Being a Flyers fan I can explain my way into how we could be up 2 zip, A Hab could do the same for their team...no smoking will be going on this series my friend, non.

Ya perfect shot top titty, but goal he had way too much space.

Habs in 6
Maybe he's referring to the fact that the flyers start early with 2-0 leads. That is a great situation to put yourself in.

No doubt about it. This has all the makings of a 7 game war and it should be a hell of a lot of fun!
Regardless if the goals were good or not, Montreal out-played the Flyers both games, and you'd like to hope that if they keep on it, they'll get the bounces.
