What if you made senses?

Are you implying we'd be cocky about it...?

They all count my friend all that counts at the end of the day is that the series is tied 1-1.

And if Price keeps playing like this you're going to get smoked....

The Flyers played one of their worst games in the playoffs and they still managed to beat the Habs at the Bell Center.

i agree, Habs have been controlling the play so far in both games, but the scary thing is if it weren't for a 2-man advantage at the end of game 1, the Flyers would be up 2-0 in the series. Flyers have been awful so far and managed to get a 1-1 split going home, which is what they wanted to do. Flyers haven't played their best yet, sooner or later they'll wake up. and if the Habs haven't gotten their act together by then they will be in serious trouble. it's just a question of who gets it together first.

you nailed it... they're going back to the flyers' barn now... let's see how well each team plays on the flyers' ice... last change is critical to this series... go flyboys!

Yep, the two where Price blew it by being on his knees wat to early and the Briere goal where he makes no attempt at a poke check or kick out and the beauty at the end where he gets the puck slashed out of his glove.

Most of the goals in the playoffs are garbage goals so I don't understand what the issue is

[QUOTE=yieldvsten;13880382]Really crap goals for the Flyers, if we keep playing the way we did tonight we will smoke them[/QUOTE

The habs should be happy they're not down 2-0.

Kovalev's first goal in game 1 was a high stick and then a bad call on richards with 35seconds to play.

The habs seem to be outplaying the flyers because they're down 2 goals each game and have to be more aggressive.

Quit cryin'!

Canadiens have been better on the road than at home this season, Price also seems to be a bit more focused. I can see the Habs winning both in Philly and then wrapping it up in Mtl next Saturday.

Go Habs!!!!!!!!!

Yes, but the Flyers came up with garabage goals which is a new twist. They're hard to identify, you need a "garagiste" for that.

(speaking of identifying, did Plekanec finally identify himself? Pedneault seemed to think it was real important that he'd do so)

I really don't think this is an issue. These things happen in the playoffs, it's why they play a best-of-seven format instead of just one game to decide who goes and who stays. So that the better-playing team overall gets through.
Deserving or not, Philly won this game. We can't change the result by crying about it anymore than the Flyer fans (and Boston fans, and Sens fans) could change the result of game 1 by crying about it for two days.
I have enough faith in my Habs to forget all about this game and move on to the next.

Can Flyers fans get the **** off our board with their trolling?

People here need to vent like you did the other night.

Shouldn't you all be celebrating somewhere about now? It's Saturday night and the night is young.

Take your own advice and get the **** off our board while you're at it.

I get dinged for trolling every time I'm on other boards trash talking. Hope the mods will crack down here as well.

We hit numerous posts in game 1 as well. We have dominated you so far. If not for the gifts of our goalie, we are up 2-0

We dominated them the whole game, yes. But we need to have more traffic in front of the net, we need to garbage goals too.

We might not win this series if we play each game like we did tonight.

As Washington saw in the last four games, it doesn't matter who plays better. All that matters is the final score.

The Flyers have shown in two series that they can win despite being outplayed. They make great plays on offense and defense at the right times, and often that is good enough to win. I thought this was one of the worst two games the Flyers have played this postseason, yet they still managed a win. If Montreal expects Philly to play like this at home, they'll be in for quite a surprise.

To me, it looks like Montreal has learned nothing from the Washington series. With the way Biron is playing, you won't beat the Flyers if you give him a clear look at every shot. Montreal must create some traffic in front of the net if they are to have any chance at winning this series. They must score some "dirty" goals of their own.

Still crying about that one? Rules are rules, my friend. It was a legit penalty, and a legit goal.
I'm not crying, I'm saying that this could just as easily be 2-0 and in fact should be 2-0. It's hardly crying, I'm pointing out an obvious fact.
