I have a feeling there is more underlying truth to how the Canadiens are playing...

Maybe that Liverpool acquisition cost more then "he" thought.

I still don't believe they are this bad. They rolled so many teams in the season and down the stretch to suddenly "give up."

I have a feeling as someone stated above, #3 is coming in Game 4.

I honestly don't care all that much if i's Price or Halak. Either one could win the game for us, if our PP did not suck the nut.

I have a feeling Price hurt his left hand while he was clearing the crease. He does it every game, here's an example of it against the Bruins in game 3.

Carbo is such a tease...

As per Habs I/O, both Carbo and the goalie know who will start, but they won't tell. We have to wait until 7:00 pm to know.
What a tease.

Pricey FTW.

I think this is how crazy rumors get started. Anyone who doesn't visit this board religiously wouldn't get that joke and take it seriously. Face it guys, this board is one big inside joke!

there's no way it's Halak... I say Price plays great and lets in only 1.

I believe it was Streit who made a save on an open net, so he'll be in for sure

I think Carbo would rather tell his goalie what's going on leaving us all to speculate than have 100 microphones in the face of guys like Markov,Komisarek and Plekanec, asking hem what's wrong.

According to TSN after meeting and debating with his coaching staff and GM Bob Gainey they have comoe to a decision on who they will start...either he is blowing smoke just to stir conterversy and is going with Price to show the media how stupid they are to even debate a goalie change.

Or he really had this meeting and got their input, but to go the GM makes no sense because it is Carbo's call if he is the coach...if Gainey is telling him who to play and who not to play what is the need for Carbo??

If you traded Huet to go all the way with Price because you had the instinct to go with him...you don't bail out now.

Price is in.

What's wrong with "Red Hot" Bulis? He could easily score 4 goals vs the Flyers

I am on the fence for this one. I dont know if Price can bounce back tonight. We will see, but Halak is hungry and he wants to prove himself.

What kind of illogic is that? Carbs and Gainey are old friends with a lot of mutual respect and tons of combined playoff experience...I'd be worried if Carbs didn't sit down with him to talk it all over. I guarantee they had the whole staff sit down to discuss their gameplan.

I'm OK with the decision, I think you gotta go back to the guy that can steal you the game. I don't know what to make of his recent play, its a little baffling. On the one hand I wouldn't say most of the goals were 'soft', a lot of them were deflected or screens but he just hasn't looked sharp somehow (like that one he let dribble in off his glove)

I think the more important issue is the lack of support from the rest of the team. On all those goals what do you see, you see our guys all standing around letting the play come to them, you don't see guys challenging the puck and fighting to clog up the passing lanes in the slot. While guys like Streit have stepped their game up several notches, Markov is a ghost out there most of the time. We need a full team effort, all our guys skating hard ll game and we'll win. Philly doesn't have the speed to keep up and they take lots of stupid penalties, we need to exploit that.

And one last thing, for gods sake if we get handed another 5 on 3 to start the game, we need to exploit it.

I have to agree. I too think he may have injured his hand. However, I think it was more on that Umberger goal where he hit his slashed his glove in game 2.

Speaking of injuries...where is Komi lately? He must still be injured as I am not seeing him being as dominating in the hitting department as what he made us used to in the regular season.
