OT-Worst article ever

http://www.cyberpresse.ca/article/20...0/CPACTUALITES

some quote about it: (translate by google)

''Begin, Begin, Begin, do you want me file peace with Begin ... Yes, he committed a monumental blunder at the end of the third, Wednesday, when he was surprised to commit obstruction in the central area while the Canadiens, 2-2, seemed on the verge of bringing the coup de grace to Flyers.''

''Koivu, the heart and soul of Canadian, master blameless, the leader par excellence, one that nobody, but nobody, no evidence of finger yesterday morning, despite the fact that it was also responsible for that Bégin the defeat of his own.''

''The separation of Koivu? During the last two games, Kovalev seemed very uneasy when, in attacking zone, Koivu, between two virevoltages, s'emparait of the puck and liked to lead the parade while Kovalev him the great leader, had to be content with the role of bystander, tired of being planted there to wait for a pass that most of the time did not come.''

''What do to revive the team?

-- Replace the C on the sweater Kovalev?''

Bashing our best player and our capitain from the start to the end.

Michel Blanchard is one of, if not, the biggest idiot journalist ever.

Anyway Koivu's penalty was a blatant dive by Upshall.

No, the article doesn't make sense at all. It only makes sense as an evidence to prove that Michel Blanchard is the biggest idiot on the planet and has a clear agenda against Koivu, as do most journalists from La Presse anyway.

Koivu has been by far our best player against Philly...sorry Michel.

Who cares, it's obvious that Michel Blanchard is a clueless narcissist. I mean who puts a photo of themselves that size at the top their article.

I never read articles of Blanchard. I really don't know what he did to get a job. Stupidiest journalist of the world of sport, for sure. I never agree with his commentary and I think it's a waste of space in the world and a waste of time to read it. But he surelly hot the only one to think Koivu take too many (bad or not) penalities. But SKost take too many penaltities too... I don't remember if Philly score on a penality of Koivu, but anyway, it's supposed to be a team game. It's not one guy who make the difference. I think Koivu he's the guy who give us the more in the last 10-12 years. I think Bégin he's the guy who give the most his heart and his body since he's a Habs, with Koivu. How can we shoot at the most dedicated players of the team?

Upshall did dive... Koivu was framed, but he sometimes get too many of those penalties... But he is not to blame in that specific case. Bégin's penalty was totally deserved.

On another note, I agree with Blanchard when he says that Koivu and Kovalev should be separated. They both like to control the play in their way. Koivu is more of short passes, crash the net type while Kovalev is more into long passes and one-timer setups. It's not like Chara is there anymore, split them to go back to the same balance we've had all season long...

What I meant is that I assumed some people thought the joke was that the article was very poorly written in english but that's not what it was about.

Blanchard is obviously one of the worst. Though at the same time he's taking Kovy's defense so some people might still like that article but I'm not going to name them...

Having said that, dives or no dives, as idiot as he could be and he is, we all know that Koivu takes a lot of stupid penalties as well.

Thing is Blanchard needs to make a difference between a penalty in the 1st period when there's still 40 minutes left in the game and a penalty in the 3rd with 3 minutes left.....but he might not be able to do so.

It's pretty well known that Blanchard hates Koivu and never wrote anything good about it or at least not that I remember....

When I saw the thread title, I tought ; this must be an article by Michel Blanchard.

Make a quick search on cyberpresse and look through his texts, they're all the same. The guy is a ****ing joke, I don't even know why he has that job. For an unknown reason, he seem to really dislike the canadiens, especially Koivu.

He wrote an article last year after the last game, saying he was putting his left arm to cut that neither Kovalev or Koivu would be part of the team at this time of the year. I send him a mail with the article asking for apologies or at least to acknowledge that he was wrong, and he didn't even bother to replied.

Here's the part of the article :

Quote:
Quoi qu'il en soit, je mets mon bras gauche à couper que Pâques prochain venu, ni Koivu et ni Kovalev ne seront de l'alignement

du Canadien.

Une simple question de logique.
He always write with some kind of dumb sarcasm and he really takes the readers of La Presse for a bunch of idiots.

If he's right handed, this won't solve anything. The guy could still write.

That's true, but maybe he would think twice before writting things like that. Or maybe he is unable to think...
