It's hard for me to rationalize Bourret ahead of Korpikoski and Moore, maybe even Baranka. Other than that, I think it's a fair ranking overall. Good job once again FLY.

not saying we have to change it, but for all intents and purposes the "farm team" prospects are as such.

Moore has zero future as an NHL player. Journeyman AHL star written all over him.

It's simply incredible that we have depth like this. We lose our two top prospects and we have a guy in Cherry that could be nearly any other team's top prospect as well.

Crazy.

It's more of a commentary on Bourret than Moore.

I'll easily list Bourret as a better prospect than Moore. I wouldn't even have to think twice. You might not like Bourret that much, but I certainly do.

Moore has no real future in the NHL. He's about as do-nothing of a prospect as anyone out there and I wish we moved him at the deadline.

You're crazy if you think his work ethic won't get him into the NHL with some NHL club.

He's not good enough. Plain and simple. I watched him play 4 years at Maine and I've watched him a lot in Hartford.

He's straight up not good enough to ever be a full time NHLer.

Absolutely phenomenal. Leveneu would be somewhere around 14 or 15. Just amazing how fast Sather has turned us from the joke of the NHL to a huge playoff contender with an incredible group of young players producing as well as a top 10 farm system in the NHL. Granted Sather put us in the hole in the first place, but I'm impressed with what he has done.

Well, the cupboard wasn't brimming with talent when he came in, either. He certainly did little to help the first couple years though, for sure.

can you really consider Stall and Dubinsky prospects anymore? I think it's pretty clear they're here to stay in the NHL, the same might even be said about Dawes although less of a sure thing

Nice list. There are things about Bourret that worry me. 1) one of the few minus players. 2) Not enough shots on goal--81 so far. 3) very streaking scoring.
He doesn't seem to me anywhere near being a dominant player at this level.

Bourret is about as likely to ever play for the Rangers as Parenteau is. You can drop him completely off of this list.

C'mon, cut him some slack. He's only 3 years removed from his draft class and in his 2nd professional season. Not every player is NHL ready at 21. I was barely a functioning member of society when I was 21 (and I'm still borderline at 30.) I think it's a little premature to make that kind of statement, but it's true that he has not progressed as expected thus far.

Caps fan here.

How is Alexei Cherepanov doing?

I was hoping we pick him before Alzner.

What is his attitude like?

You guys feel pretty happy how he is progressing?

Its hard to get a good read on him. He put up similar numbers this year as he did last year, but some people say he had a disappointing season. But they think it was due to injuries. While a lot of other people just want him in the NHL already.

The people who say Cherepanov had a disappointing season were expecting him to eclipse his numbers from last year.

But the fact that he was still one of the younger players in the league and basically matched his numbers from last year, after having a concussion injury in the beginning of the year... to me says success.

We gotta add Wiikman to this list now.

He is officially a Rangers prospect.
