What's done is done... No use complaining about it now.
Time to focus on next season.
"Subban wouldn't make it out here in the west where teams play actual defence and don't just rover around. Its no wonder he broke out in the year where there was no inter conference games." -Pure (Avs fan)
Yes, Let's blame those Refs for the crossbar hit too now...
Lat's never scored....
And the goal off the glove, look they know the rules better then any of us here, they consulted with Toronto who verified the replays in different angles, and concluded that it was a legit goal. Trust me, i argued it at 1st as well, but gotta live with it.
this is ****ing ridiculous, we would have won the series if they allowed lats goal.
flyers push the net off to win the series, and richards gloves one in for the win, this is ridiculous and must be fixed, the refs are killing me!
cost the habs millions in playoff revenue. NHL = god awful
The refs are not at fault for our loss. They were bad, but they are far from the reason we lost.
They could not allow a goal that never went in...Lats shoot it 2 inches lower, there is a good chance we win this game. But with our luck we had, it hit the crossbar.
With a little better goaltending and better finishing, Montreal would have won that serie easily. They did not get that, Flyers score on every chance they get and they even score when they have no chance. What can you do?
Puck hit the post before the net was dislodged. If that shot was 1 inch lower it would have gone in before the net was dislodged, but it didn't. And the fact that the net went off is irrelevant because the shot was never poised to go in anyways
I still haven't seen a replay of this; i thought it was in on my initial viewing, i thought it was like the Filpulla goal vs Preds.... But I trust both the posters on this board and the replay crew which has the ability to call down and stop the refs if they want to review something, and they didnt.
Something absolutely ridiculous like that. Meanwhile, can you recall how many Flyer shots hit the post -- and then went out, rather than in? I don't think they had as many in the entire series as Montreal has had in any one of the last four games.
The number of scoring chances that Montreal has been generating only to not get that inch or bounce that would've made it go in is staggering. Opportunistic Flyers or not, Montreal has played well enough to win all of the last four games.
