Now we have 3 forward lines with great offensive potential. Plekanec and Demitra are both Czech so there might be some chemistry there.
I wouldn't be against signing Brunette but Demitra would be a bit redundant on this team to be honest. He's a good player but not exactly what we need.

Brian Rolston and Ryan Malone

these are the two I would target, Pitts may need to let Ryan walk becasue of upcoming contrcts of Malkin and Stall etc. Hossa will have to walk as well so we will take him lol of there hands..

100 yr anniversary time to get dirty and win a cup

Rolston and malone would help alot

No one but me interested in Vrbata?

Brunette would be awesome. One of my favourites.

I'd love to get Rolston. I'd also like to get Commodore to help shore up the defence with more size.

I agree - it's too bad that we didn't get a guy like Ryan Smyth last year when we tried to get him

I guess a guy like Rolston wouldn't be so bad - but I really really can't see him coming to Montreal - he just always seemed like the type that hated us when he played against us with Boston.

Another soft perimeter and inconsistent player. Vrbata is pretty much the antithesis of what we need.

Too redundant

I don't care who we sign, as long as they are big. We need bigger forwards who can battle for the puck in the corners and in front of the net and score goals.
We could use another good d-man too....Liles from Colorado would be a nice addition. He's a decent defencemen and he is good offensively....he would be great on our powerplay. Norstrom is another defencemen I would like to have....and he is a left handed shot that plays the right side too.

We need playoff tested veterans and we need some north american players. Yes, it is a stereotype about european players; but we need to add a little more.

I also think Orpik is a UFA, so he would be a good pickup for size and meaness on the backend.

I wasn't that impressed by Campbell in the Dallas series. A healthy Markov would be good enough for me.

Sign one of Rolston/Malone and one Holik/Federov/Kelly/Sundin (latter is if I was living in a dream world) on the forward lines

Kovelev-Pleks-Kostitsyn
Kostitsyn-Koivu-Rolston/Malone
Higgins-Holik/Federov/Kelly/Sundin-Latandresse
Begin-Chipchura-Lapierre
Kostopolous

Streit, Ryder, Smolinski out. Could trade Grabovski and a few other of prospects for a top-six power forward (wont be cheap)

Sign one of Roszival/Norstrom/Orpik/Redden/Smith

Komisraek-Markov
Roszival/Norstrom/Orpik/Redden/Smith-Hamrlik
O'Byrne-Georges
Bouillon.

I see Ottawa offering Campbell the money that they paid Redden...although I would be suprised if the Sharks let him go.
