Montreal is picking late in the draft, anyone know who i should be focused on, IMO a centre who can skate and play both ends of the ice who has some size is what i would like regardless of scoring ability, preferably North american

i understand they may be looking at a goalie in the middle rds to restock the farm system

Greg Nemisz

Name: Greg Nemisz
Position: C/RW
Shoots: Right
Height: 6-3
Weight: 197 lbs
Birthdate: 1990-06-05

Season Team GP G A PTS +/- PIM
2006-07 Regular Season Windsor Spitfires 62 11 23 34 -22 23
2007-08 Regular Season Windsor Spitfires 68 34 33 67 28 52

Before coming into the OHL, he was compared to Jeff Carter.

Not sure he'll be available, but looks like a solid 2nd line center/power winger.

Joe Colborne

Forward
Born Jan 30 1990 -- Calgary, ALTA
Height 6.03 -- Weight 175 -- Shoots L

Regular Season Playoffs
Season Team Lge GP G A Pts PIM GP G A Pts PIM
2006-07 Camrose Kodiaks AJHL 53 20 28 48 44
2007-08 Camrose Kodiaks AJHL 55 33 57 90 48

Dropped a little, but could develop into a Getzlaf-type center (Big, fast center who can hit and score).

Corey Trivino (who apparently has been scouted some by the Habs)

TOTALS 24 6 23 29 26 1 14 1 0 1

Committed to Boston College. Soft hands and can score. More on the small side and needs to grow into his build. I see some Andy McDonald in him. Not a top-end talent, but could center a second line.

The only top line prospects that would be available at our spot could possibly be Evgeni Grachev, but since he's russian, he's a big gamble.
