Not the best movie I've seen this month, but definitely an awesome popcorn flick. And I didn't stay after the credits for the extra scene.

Usually I hate superhero movies but this one wasn't bad. However if they do a second one I won't like it for sure.

Add me to the 'previews sucked so didn't bother wanting to see it' list. I loved Harold and Kumar 2 though.

Funniest movie I ever saw.

My friends and I looked a bit crazy because we were laughing the whole time, but it was great.

There were more funny moments than you'd expect from a comic book superhero movie. I don't know how they did it, but they did make me laugh and think Gwyneth Paltrow looked hot

The first trailer didn't help though if you didn't really know Iron Man... I mean you see a totally badass guy, then all of a sudden you see him in a metallic suit kicking butts with no transition at all.

It edged out The Machine Girl for the best trailer ever right there.

That's where the brilliance of Robert Downey Jr. in this role.

He honestly looks like He is to Iron Man as Johnny Depp is to Capt. Jack Sparrow.

Tony Stark is portrayed very well by Downey Jr.

It was a good movie for sure! I like superheroes movie, and that one delivered! I was happy that they took the time to really explain the origin of Iron Man. All in all, it was good!

Had high expectations...loved it...
Last movie to exceed my expectations was probably the first Spider-Man movie...

Agreed. For those who haven't seen this yet, go see it, you would think that Downey Jr. doesn't look anything like the prototype superhero but he was so charismatic that he is way better than the others.

You definitely should though. I saw Harold and Kumar 2 too, though it was pretty funny but I think I laughed more in Ironman than in Harold and Kumar.

Seriously? Maybe that's why the previews sucked. They're trying to catch the viewers off guard by making them expect a 'Spiderman-esque' hero movie when it's actually really funny.

Well maybe it depends which trailer, cuz I have to admit, the one that I saw with some other people, was very bad... Everyone was like 'Oh man that sooo doesn't look good'.

I loved the tank scene. Tiny little rocket pops up from his arm, hits the tank with the sound of a pebble hitting metal a few seconds pass and then the whole tank explodes...

Great movie, best Marvel adaptation in a while. Robert Downey is the perfect Tony Stark!! Great special effects and the scripts was good also. Would not mind seeing it again, especially since I didn't know about the extra scenes and left.

I downloaded it (I know, I'm Satan) and watched it the other day, but it cut off at the credits.

What's the extra scene?
