NHL Broadcast in Europe

I just have a question for anyone here who knows what the easiest way to watch Stanley Cup finals games in Europe. I'm going to be in Paris and Amsterdam during the SCF, and I'm assuming its not something you'd see broadcast at sports bars, so does anyone know how to watch the games online? Thanks in advance.

NASN (North American Sports Network) shows every SCF live.
E.g., in Frankfurt there is the Mariott Sportsbar where American and Canadiens hang around and are able to watch every major sports event.

I guess even in Amsterdam and Paris are sportsbars where you can watch. Why should it be different in other European countries?

The alternative is to use ESPN 360.
