With the 35th pick, the Islanders are proud to select, from the Spokane Chiefs, Mitch Wahl.

We think Wahl has not only a tremendous skillset, but also the will to be a very good player in the NHL for a long time. He's the type of player we want on our team to go to the next level.

With the 36th pick in NHL Entry Draft, Columbus Blue Jackets are proud to select from Calgary Hitmen defencemen, Micheal Stone.

"Micheal Stone is really complete and mature physically as a defencemen. He can hurts you with his hits just as much as with his wrist shots from the point. He needs to work on his foot speed, but we feel like he can get that to NHL level before reaching pros and beside that he has good upside everywhere. He's got a good first pass good positioning, he knows how to play the man and he can also be an asset on the PP. He loves to shoot the puck."

With the 37th overall selection in the 2008 NHL entry draft, the Phoenix Coyotes are pleased and proud to select, from Frolunda (JR): center Anton Gustafsson.

"We feel Anton can eventually step into our lineup in a top 6 role and be a good two-way player. He's physical, has great speed and acceleration, and is a good puckhandler."

with the 38th overall selection in the 2008 NHL entry draft, the Phoenix Coyotes are proud to select..from Saint John of the QMJHL, defenseman Yann Sauve.

"Yann has the potential to have a good, long NHL career. He's a good defensive defenseman and he has good size. He plays a very safe game, and that's what we want."

oh. I didn't notice that.

He eventually came on and made his selection though.

Should I just re-pick? I just considered Niemi Detroit's pick.

Nah, that's cause of the snake draft. He had two picks in a row.

You'll have to ask him which player he wants to keep for his first round pick.

It's been 20 hours since the last pick. This has been very frustrating.

Yeah, very frustrating. Keep Niemi for Detroit and Gustafsson for Phoenix and goes on.

Florida has missed their pick I believe.

Any suggestions as to who we should have Florida pick?

I'm just waiting for the 39th pick to be made. They've been on the clock forever.
