Where's Harry Neale BTW?

I hardly noticed him in the CBC broadcast.

He is with the Sabres now, works along side Rick Jeanerette (MAY DAY, MAY DAY, MAY DAY)

If i were a detroit fan i would have beat my television set to death.

How can that be no goal... I clearly remember one of the flyers player SLASH price's glove so that he cant catch and as a result the flyers scored.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I love the game (my favorite sport out there) but it has to be the worst refed sport ever. Absolute nonsense. From game to game rules are made up, penalties that were penalites are no penalties and incidents that were not called are called. I have no prejudice on whoever wins this series, but this call just got me so mad.

The league should sit down and really solve this officiating problem once and for all.

Edit: Maybe we should make a petition for more consistent officiating or something so that the league realises that its audience is no pleased.

Who feels this year's version of the Habs could honestly compete against either of these teams in a Finals series?

I don't. Better hockey than I've seen all playoffs. Just solid.

Indeed.

Her, and Lauren Hart from the Flyers. Both very attractive ladies.

...and we're stuck with an old goof with ugly hair that rolls his r's. Sigh.

Refs are great once again. Stupidest call I've ever seen.

NHL wants Crosby to win the cup, obviously.

Agreed. If this Detroit goal is disallowed, the Umberger goal in the MTL/PHI series or any similar goal should be.Once again, the inconsistency of NHL officiating is demonstrated makes me puke.Bush league.

Pretty clear that neither our depth nor our star players are at that level yet. But a great goalie could overcome that a little.

Wow what a game!

Flopry falling face 1st, intense 1 period , domination by the Wings in the last 40 minutes. Good show.

Who's Stephen Crosby?
He might as well have added, "let's welcome Martin Lemieux."
After the way the Pens came out I did not expect them to be dominated like that in the second and third periods.
I wonder how Price would handle Detroit. Fleury did as well as I expected. He put up a great effort but the Wings were just that much better.

Have you been watching the whole game. I just turned it on now so I don't know who scored?

Edit: And yes I know I could go and look it up.

Brad Stuart on a clean slap shot after a good pass by Filpulla... and Holmstrom by tapping the puck in the net after Zetterberg almost scored in front of the net courtesy of a great pass from Holmstrom behind of the net..
