The Celtics played poorly throughout... They had the Pistons in the penalty with 8 minutes to go in the 2nd quarter and never attacked the basket. They kept taking retarded fouls early in possessions and didn't play too well on D. Their rebounding sucked, too.

They were carried by good offensive performances by Pierce, Garnett, and Allen, but Allen's minutes were limited by the fouls. There were some puzzling substitutions as well, Tony Allen and Big Baby Davis do nothing for me in this situation.

That PA announcer "MASON" is my new most hated person in all of sports.

He dresses like he's at a Run DMC concert - very professional!!

You are a PA announcer -= where the hell do you get off using one word for your name????

Honestly - if I hear him one more time say "miggity mack miggity mack mack miggity miggy mack DYESSS!!!!" after Antonio McDyess makes a shot again................I might swallow a bullet.

Seriously - you are a PA announcer, not a gangsta rapper - ridiculous!!

I so wish it was hockey and big baby would go down court and blindside, that ugly mask wearing Hamilton, with a hip check it would be so funny

If Rip Hamilton is as injured as they say he is, this series is most likely over.

Hyperextended elbow, supposedly. He has been their best and most consistent player the entire series. If he can't go, the Celtics should be able to clinch.

Is it just me or is Hamilton the biggest flopper in the NBA? I love the dive he takes after he grabs on to Ray Allen's arm lol He is like the new Reggie Miller.

The NBA my dad used to watch...the score was never 37-33 with 1 minute left. In the 80s every team averaged over 105 points. *** happened.

I highly doubt that they're going to score another 70 points in 2 quarters seeing how they would have to score 35 in each quarter, which is as much as they've got in 2...

And that's not exactly his point, either.

The NBA officiating I have seen in these places is worse than anything I have ever seen in any sport.

It's amazing how bad they are

That's what I hear. I actually don't follow hoops, but I placed a 250 vCash bet on the Celtics to win, so I have somewhat of a vested interest in this particular game.

Oh, he's a piece of work. Part of me wants to see the Pistons win...but only if he get's a technical. I think it'd be awesome to see him sitting on the bench suspended in such a crucial game.

Let's Go Celtics!!!
