The whole look is very Europimp. This is what happens when you give NHL salaries to 15-year-olds. I guess the officer didn't go "Yo! C'est Kostitsyn!"

I love this kid. Even when he's off the ice he's fast.

He was probably trying to get away from Erika Kostitsyn aka Vampiro...maybe that's why she also hasn't posted in a while...she probably followed his ass to Belarus.

I like how the cop recognizes the name Kostitsyn as a famous Belarusian hockey player, but doesn't seem to know that he's made the NHL.

Quote:
-- Place of work, Sergei O.?
-- I ice hockey.
-- For example, a work where?
-- Montreal. "Montreal Kanadiens". The club was.
At all about all the inspectors and renowned hockey spent 20 minutes.
$15 to go 20 over the limit, and an economy that would make any of us seem incredibly rich... sure this article wasn't planted by some sort of recruitment department?

This board puzzles me sometimes,

two days ago some unknown died because he died in a traffic accident, and everyone acted like it was the end of the world,

today, a player on our team broke traffic rules and the law, thus endangered himself, and worse, other people around him, but its funny

Let's start a fund to raise money to help him pay this speeding ticket.

Seeing as it's $15, we should be able to raise enough pretty fast among ourselves.

I kick it off by offering my 1% of the fine, which amounts to 15 cents.

You're not wrong. Chalk another up for the group of confused people. Although I wouldn't say Bourdon was "some unknown" but I guess that depends on a persons interests to a degree. Still, it is odd to see people just brushing this off as though he coughed without putting his hand to his mouth.

Not everyone. Besides, does that make it okay? Guess so for some people. No worries folks, he didn't cause an accident or run someone over today, all is well. If he ever does cause an accident or run someone over while speeding, then I suspect people will deem him stupid or reckless. The great shame is that it will take the accident to occur before some people see a problem with it when driving within the law might reduce or almost eliminate the risk in the first place. Not all accidents are avoidable. But that isn't an invite for people who think that owning a car equates to owning the road and how they can behave while on it.

I'm extra cranky on this issue today. This morning, some dipstick decided to speed in a 30 zone nearby and was driving all over the pavement and cutting across grassland where vehicles aren't allowed. My nephew was playing in the area at the time. Thankfully the car didn't get too close to him. But if the driver had stopped, he might have discovered that a hockey stick wouldn't wrap around his head, merely cave his extra thick cranium in a bit. While there is a difference between intentionally speeding a bit and being a complete ****wit, if someone speeds and looses control and their car ends up in an area it shouldn't be, it could still cause fatal damage to a person, especially a kid. For those that haven't noticed, there are places where grown ups can gamble what they have. The road isn't such a place. You want speed? Go karting. Book a track day. Best of luck to anyone who takes a gamble on the road and lets someone else lose everything they have.

I totally understand where you're coming from QGD. My youngest brother died in a high speed car accident almost 5 years ago, he was only 18 at the time.

I wish I could say that his accident changed the way I drive. But unfortunately I myself am still guilty of pushing a little past the speed limit from time to time.

Yeah no ****

Last speeding ticket i got a while ago was 352$. . 15$ is a complete bargain as far as im concerned and especially for an NHL player.
