This is the most logical post by far, and it's from a Habs fan.

Ya, trading their best all-around player would make the B's better.

It's almost impossible to consider..

Chara
Savard
Bergeron

I strain to consider any offers for these three as they are immovable in my opinion...

I'm talkin' Pominville for any of the three...

The bruins should trade Savard if they can for a stud D man. Krecji can be a #2 center and Bergeron is a #1..

We had 212 goals last year, I would question moving our playmaker..

I don't know what kind of point you were trying to make but I don't see what parade routes have to do with a trade proposal here.

Neither did your witless remark referencing the Thornton trade. I think what WBC8 was saying is that since you inherited the heartless giant your success in the playoffs have been, shall we say...underwhelming.

Yea I agree, with Bergeron back thats a potential 100pts, add a Dman and a forward and you are good to go.

100 points for Bergeron? That would be quite incredible. I'd be happy with just 80 points and his two-way play.

I dont think it would be incredible, it would above expectations, but I feel that he can most definitely get there once Boston has their **** together.

id want him back to the rangers

we're set at center though
anyway, i think boston would want dubinsky to start the trade and have the rangers add even more

dubisnky, prucha and a 5th, but as a ranger fan, i dont think do that

That's not very good. Dubinsky is a good prospect but New York will be thrilled if he ever turns into as good a player as Savard. Prucha and the 5th are spare parts and don't really add any value to the deal.

I'd give Plekanec + Latendresse +1st for Savard and a 2nd.

I'm sorry you can't handle such a harmless joke. The playoffs comment is sort of ridiculous because it's not as much of an issue to me as it is to you or anyone else. Anyone who actually follows the Sharks instead of just labeling them as a highly talented team knows that talent isn't the only ingredient to playoff success. Experience, intelligence, effort, and teamwork all go into it as well and the Sharks don't have all that in spades. But I'm sure you'll try to pin that one on Joe Thornton because you miss the guy.
