The British press is just ridiculous. And the fact that he "wrote" an autobiography after one season in formula one? whats that about?
Even though I'm not really a fan of Kubica, it was nice to see him win. The whole paddock seemed to cheer for him after the race. I guess he's earned it with his quick driving.. He has to thank Hamilton too. He could well have hit Kubica in that situation as well..
Congrats to Kubica, I hope he gets a few more podiums this season
And apparently Brisebois crashed his Ferrari on the first lap Saturday...
Actually Breezer got rammed from behind and didn't get to qualify at all. It wasn't his fault unlike every other year where he is the cause of an accident. He started 32nd and finished 11th so a very good drive by Breezer.
Great race by Kubica and BMW, they deserve the win. Dumb move by Hamilton, he really screwed up big time. He'll pay for it in France as he is penalized 10 spots on the starting grid.
The track is an embarassement. I've been going there for 20 years and it just gets worse and worse. We're going to lose this race if they don't bring in somebody from the otuside that can get the job done. These cars require and deserve a proper track surface so they can maximize their potential and make the race even better. It is either a race track or isn't make up your mind and then spend the money to pave it so it qualifies as a race track. The whole world saw a pitiful track degrade and heard the comments from drivers that make us look like we can't afford to pave a track. You'd think they could repave the track properly as a joint venture of all governmental levels to maintain the race and the exposure it provides world wide. There are so many upsides to the race being in Montreal and no downsides so why the delay?
