I'm going as well, and so is Cardiac Cane. He emailed them and they sent the tickets. They're free. It's basically first come, first serve, except season ticket holders get in first, then it's general admission.

I went to the draft in Toronto with some friends, it was the year we took Higgins. It is really interesting to watch because you see more happening there than what they are telling you on TSN.
Seeing managers talk to each other, see the phones ringing and seeing what GM is talking to the other GM...it's hardcore, but it is cool because we watched and would say to each other something is going to happen and then a few minutes later it's announced.
I'm a hardcore draft fan and even in Montreal I won't go. You miss way too many things, way preferable to be in front of the computer to go and get the infos and the reports.
Yeah. When you are there I would imagine you only hear player X gets drafted by team 1. You'd miss all the juicy stuff we see on TSN. I just dont see my self having fun spending all that time waiting at the draft.
