I don't have an internet link yet but i just read in the Danbury News Times that Dave MacIsaac is going to be the coach of the Mad Hatters. I will post one when i can find it.

Nice to see a former Trasher coaching.

Interesting choice to name a head coach that has zero coaching experience, but I can see how the ownership group would want a former Trasher that was popular behind the bench.

i think Dave is a good choice. He has played for alot of different teams in a lot of different places around the world. He has probably seen almost every style of play and knows what works and what doesn't work. His hockey knowledge is probably very extensive and i think coaching minor league players (who could be young guys) will be a great experience for him and a huge benefit for young players looking to move up in the hockey world.
