Vancouver had pretty good luck when they hired a guy that wasnt that well known in alain vigneult, and washington did good with boudreau, so i think san jose has every reason to do good with him to, i mean he looks like a good guy for the job
The guy knows what it takes to win and he's helped develop the Red Wings over the past few years, but I think the Sharks need a bit more depth before they can win the Cup, despite what people say.
I am a big admirer of what the Wilsons have done in San Jose, but I would definitely agree with this. They have alot of youth, a few "stars", and some role players. Another couple of guys in Rivet's mold, who are veterans but still very serviceable and everyday players, in my opinion, would go along way.
Stillman is a guy that comes to mind. Someone like that might be a great addition, who can contribute both with leadership and on the scoresheet
