Thanks, HA. Matty also had a draft article spotlighting Beach and Colborne, with comments by Prendergast:

http://www.canada.com/edmontonjourna...7380f2&k=21134

Beach:
Quote:
"Kyle's got some baggage. He's a little goofy, but he can really play. I think, outside of (Steven) Stamkos (who will be selected No. 1 by the Tampa Bay Lightning), he's one of the few players who could step in and play in the league next year," said Kevin Prendergast, Edmonton Oilers vice-president of hockey operations.
Colborne:
Quote:
"There's a huge upside there, even though there are negatives, too. He's got so much potential;and if everybody is wiped out (gone) at 22, we'd have to consider him," said Prendergast.

"The red flag isn't the league (AJHL) he plays in, it's the way he plays. There's a lot missing some nights, but he has a lot to bring, too."

Lord of the Rings

Here's one more from the Sun.

Pocklington claims the rings he just sold for 300K are the real ones... not the other set of rings he sold in 2001. Oh by the way and former U.S. president has a set too. For those who aren't old enough to remember the Peter Puck days, this is pretty standard.

Good to see that the media doesn't allow personal feelings interfere with their professional responsibilities.

What a ******.

The guy is a scam artist, used car dealer. He keeps auctioning off "his" rings.

I kinda wondered why they were put on a site with so little fanfare. He's usually hiding something.

Watch his wife's set show up in a few years. He'll call it his set again.
