Everett Sanipass played a few years with Chicago in the 80's from Big Cove, Elispogtog Mi'kmaq 1st Nations Reserve. Wasn't Chico Maki of 1st Nations descent?
How many guys wear size 10 skates could be the next question.

He sure is Ukrainian. My grandfather was good friends with him, they played baseball together, and got hammered at my grandfathers farm out by Mundare a few times.

Fuhr is of mixed ancestry, which in his case is black and native. He was adopted and raised by a white family.
