I might get yelled at for this one, but i like this. Yeah he's a yaker, but you look at some of those youtube videos and man does he get under the skin of players...as long as the coaches keep him focused on annoying players and not refs or his own team I think this good. To piss that many players off and have that many videos of that, is something...let's see what he does in camp!! Let's Go RANGERS!!!!!!

Finnish program from 2006.

Not available on SVT Play since it's an externally produced program.

Maybe they have something similar to SVT Play (they tend to nick ideas and tech from eachother )

Or at least you might find out what the program's original name was, and look for a copy or a torrent (I assume that you can handle the program in finnish).

That's not a language, it's a respitorial malfunction.

Oh sorry, no, that's Danish

Yup, according to the SVT programlisting it's (c) 2006 Yle.

Jämtin is interesting, he could amount to nothing in the NHL -- or he could do something during his stint, like Holmström did. Jämtin is pretty gutsy, he ran Chara a couple of times in the SEL. Like charged the length of the ice and jumped into him, atleast got him to loose his footing a bit.

In the skill department Jämtin got decent speed and a decent noose for the net. He sees the ice fairly well and got some creativity, like offensivly he is a much better fit in the new NHL then a Ryan Hollweg is.

He isn't Avery light -- yet atleast, you never know in the future. But he can defenitly challenge Ryan Hollweg for a spot.

haha, according to you, everyone else who saw the game saw Hedström hit a finn right between the offensive blueline and the goal -- so that both the finn and the puck flew into the finnish net. Best goal ever.

I defenitly think its more of a signing to give Hollweg a run for his spot.

Indeed he does. He is/was one of my favorite players to hate in the SEL. I still respect him alot for the role he plays, because I really like those kinda players ... if they are on my team .)

This is a low risk contract and so a good contract. If Jämtin can elevate his play and prove to be a legit NHL player, so be it.

As have been probably mentioned already, people tend to compare him to be some kind of hybrid between Holmström and Avery.

This might be a hint from management they will let Avery walk and try to replace him with other parts.

Yes, it's disturbing. It might be an indication this Swedish tabloid yet again are wrong. Only Swedish sources have told about this news yet.

His current coach in HV71 has been quoted he's been told Jämtin is leaving HV71 and SEL for Rangers, but I'm not sure this is conclusive evidence yet.
