For us, but not for the rangers. They need defense too, and for that reason I can't see them being good trade partners with us. Bet we're looking outside the eastern conference anyways, why make the rangers any beter?

Cole for Daley would interest me. Daley sounds like he'd fit into our system very nicely.
Done. Send the paperwork over. I'm thinking Rutherford's got bigger plans for Cole, though.

Ya, because that makes tons of sense from Carolina's standpoint. We don't need any more forwards, we need to unload 1-2 so trading one and getting another in return does nothing for us. There's no interest in him anyways, don't need anymore small, soft forwards.

I'm sure it would from CAR point of view. However, Cole is a UFA in a year, and I beleive that Tyutin is locked up long term. There is no way in hell that the Rangers are adding anything significant to a Tyutin/Cole swap.

Some guys are big but don't play like power forwards. Brian Gionta tries his best to be a power forward but is just too small

Anyway that's just off the top of my head right now.
Whats the chance that a team would have to take with him? I know hes a RFA but how much do you think it would take to get him out of buffalo or what would you need to trade for him? I dont know much about him but the Rangers could use a good power forward so im just curious.

Whichever team is in need of a power forward, Big Bad Bert is your guy. No doubt about it.

Curtis Glencross may not resign with Edmonton. I'd recommend putting money into him. Third liner who will throw hits and score at least 20 goals if he's used properly.
