How do you know if you have sports hernia

I did some research and it seems that I might have it.

I have a sore feeling in my lower right side gut pain constantly.

Have any of you guys ever have this?

Been there, done that...surgery and fixed.

Obviously if you think you have something as serious as a sports hernia, my first advice to you...go see your Dr. (I know it may sound like the obvious answer but heck, you asked)

When I had mine, I had a significant bulge in my lower abdomin just above my "junk" along with the pain you mention not only in my abdomin but in my testicles (kinda like a pull)

Go see your Dr. dude, and good luck.

Does the pain sometimes go away, but then come back?

if so, i dont think you have it, cause i had that and the docter told me it was probably a bruised intestine(idk if thats bad or not)

Yeah, go see a doctor. I had what I thought was a sports hernia (no bulge), turned out to be a plain old hernia. After they went in, turned out to be a plain old double hernia.

How do you know you have a sports hernia?

You hear your Doctor say "You have a sports hernia!"

My goalie is a doctor he said the symptoms sound like hernia. It just uncomfortable when skating shooting running and hurts the night of practice or after a game It hurts my little pimkings.

I just did some research and Im not really sure. I do have Chrones so I wonder if it has something to do with that.
